Frequently asked questions
- Can you add AI to software we already use?
- Usually yes. If the system has an API or a database we can reach, AI can be added alongside it without replacing what your team already knows. Replacing a working system is a last resort, not a starting point.
- Where does our data go?
- Wherever you decide. We can deploy on your own infrastructure or on a provider account you own, using models that do not retain your inputs for training. This is agreed before any work begins, not discovered afterwards.
- What kind of work does AI actually take off our hands?
- The repetitive writing and lookup that fills a working week: drafting quotations, turning inspection notes into reports, summarising long documents, extracting figures from invoices, answering routine internal questions. Judgement stays with your people.
- How do we know it is worth it before we spend?
- We look at the tasks first and estimate what each one costs you in hours per month. If a task does not pay back, we say so. That assessment is a service in itself and does not commit you to a build.
- What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
- It will, occasionally, which is why anything that leaves your company should pass a person first. We build the review step into the workflow rather than pretending the problem does not exist.
